Registered Veterinary Technician
Lesley has always had a passion for the welfare of animals. After completing her Bachelor of Science at Brock University, she attended Seneca College and graduated from the Veterinary Technician program in 2006. Her career began in large animal medicine, but in 2009 she started working in small animal emergency medicine where she met Dr. Tanya. She has recently joined the Huntington team and continues to work part time with horses and at the Mississauga Oakville Veterinary Emergency Hospital. Lesley makes patient care her top priority and takes particular interest in surgery and anesthesia. She also enjoys rescuing and fostering animals! Lesley currently lives in Welland with her three dogs (Bosco, Rosie & Eli), two cats (Simon & Gracie) and one rat named Marv - all are rescues. In her spare time, she enjoys riding her horse Carey, listening to live music and taking care of sick, injured and homeless animals.
